As the Supplier and Quality Manager for SGI Legal, Jane is responsible for assessing work quality and dealing with third party suppliers. This is an “all rounder” role which combines her technical ability and expertise from over 15 years in the insurance and legal industry, with her excellent understanding of client retention and work source relations.
Jane constantly strives to improve the client journey and as part of the Operations Team, she is the conduit between SGI Legal’s Claims Teams and Marketing Department.
With experience of dealing with both Road Traffic Accidents and Employers/Public Liability cases from both a claimant and defendant perspective, this allows Jane to share her invaluable understanding of the claims process to improve SGI’s systems and strategies.
Jane’s spare time
Jane has a passion for art and design, she enjoys painting and drawing. When she is not looking after the SGI Clients Jane loves spending time with her family, friends and her young son.
